Andreas Three Columns

This is the three column version of the old default PivotX theme. Replaced by theme called Skinny but not forgotten! This theme is named after the unknown photographer who made the header image.

Yes, this is the old default Pivot theme. It was renamed to Andreas, a tribute to the unknown photographer who made the header image of this classic PivotX Theme.

Animalworld

A theme ported to PivotX by Lars Helbo (original design by New York Lasik). Animal World is a very simple two column design with white text on dark red background. It has a dynamic drop down menu.

Anther

A theme ported to PivotX by Lars Helbo (original design by freecsstemplates.org). Anther is a two column design with warm yellow colors. It has a dynamic drop down menu.

Baltimore

A nice clean lightweight theme.

Bare Bones

This is one of the standard themes for PivotX. It also has all the common PivotX functionality built in. If you want to start developing themes yourself, this is a good one to tear apart and to learn from.

Basic

Basic lives up to its name, a very basic theme that comes with multiple color schemes: red, greeen and blue.

Brickwall

A theme ported to PivotX by Lars Helbo (original design by metamorphozis.com). It uses the coda-slider to show a gallery with the four most recent entries from all categories on top of the front page. If an entry has an entry in the extra imagefield, this image will also be shown here.

Bryce-sunrise

A theme ported to PivotX by Lars Helbo (original design by freecsstemplates.org). Bryce Sunrise is a three column design with dark green background and white text. It has a dynamic drop down menu.

Chile

Chile - its a two column theme for chilean context. With the country outline as divider between the two columns. Everything is styled in the chilean national colors and its well prepared to use the gallery extension.

A colorful two column theme with a dropdown navigation menu. Color 3 is ported from Wordpress by PixelPrinses (original author Frank Schrijvers).You can use widgets and there's a pagelist. You can change the navigation menu in the templates, it's not dynamic.

Yet another theme ported from Wordpress by PixelPrinses (original author Evan Eckard). Desktop Chaos is a very detailed chaotic theme. It is quite organized actually and based upon the famous Notepad Chaos theme.

Digg Style

This theme is ported from Wordpress and based on a previous version of Digg. It has two columns and widget ready. This Digg theme is originally designed by Small Potato.

Digital Summer

Digital Summer is a new theme to celebrate the release of PivotX RC. It has a handy tabbed tag/archive section made with jQuery.

A theme inspired by fashion. It's clean looks and bright colors are fashionable indeed.

Fluffy Clouds

A sunny theme in green and blue.

Not tested in Internet Explorer 6 and all rounded corners won't work in Internet Explorer 7/8.

This is the PivotX version of the now famous HTML5 Boilerplate template. The boilerplate theme is a base template system to build your HTML5 themes upon. If you are new to HTML5 this is a good theme to start with and learn the HTML5 basics.

Plain-N-Simple

Plain-n-simple is inspired by the simple design of the Posterous weblogs. A simple theme for your personal blog, with a minimum of clutter to give your writings the space they need. For the more experienced users this is a nice basic theme, to edit to your own liking by changing colors and backgrounds.

Star Power was originally developed as a Wordpress theme for the VPRO, a Dutch Public Televison Network. In the end they didn't use it and donated it to the public domain. There you go, paid for by Dutch taxpayers. :)
